Kellemes hangulatú, nyugodt és kevesek által felkeresett erdei tisztás a Visegrádi-hegység keleti részén a Mester-rét.
A Mester-rét a Barát-halom (526 m) és a Nagy-Homlóc (436 m) közti magaslati nyeregben helyezkedik el. Korábbi erdőirtásoknak és kaszálásnak köszönheti létét az erdős környezetben.
Szépségét a vizenyős talaj adja: a magasra növő lágyszárú növényzet derékig ér, és sokszor még nyár közepén is zöld színben pompázik. Kilátás nem nyílik a rétről, de mivel minden frekventált helytől távol esik, kevesen keresik fel, ezért teljesen békés. Sokáig nem vezetett erre turistaút, azt csak a 21. században jelölték ki. A rét közepén vadászles áll.
Érdemes erre jönni, ha Dunabogdányból és Visegrád között túrázunk.

- A Budapest-Esztergom vonalon közlekedő távolsági buszról a Dunabogdány, községháza vagy a Visegrád, nagymarosi rév megállóban érdemes leszállni.

- Dunabogdányból a Z, majd a jobbra kiágazó K+ jelzésen kapaszkodhatunk fel a nyeregbe (6 km).
- A rét félreeső helyzetű. Visegrádról a K jelzésen kell haladnunk, majd jobbra a K+ jelzésre váltanunk (5,9 km). A bobpálya parkolójából 3,7 km-t kell túráznunk a rétig.
Parking
- Dunabogdányban a faluközpontban lévő bolt mellett, Visegrádon a bobpálya szomszédságában találunk ingyenes parkolót.
