Located directly on Drau Bike Route R 1 is the Lansach – Feffernitz ferry, which runs in the summer months across the Drau between the market towns of Weissenstein and Paternion. The Drau Ferry was reborn in 2008 and has a real nostalgic charm.

The cable ferry between Lansach and Feffernitz was an important link across the Drau in former times. The towns of Paternion and Weissenstein have breathed new life into this old tradition.

One crossing costs € 1, the ride is free for children and youths.
