The charging station has two connections with a type 2 socket and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW each. The charging station can therefore mainly be used by electric cars or electric motorbikes, which is also supported by its location in the car park area.
Suitable for e-cars and e-motorbikes
There are two ways to start and pay for the charging process at the charging station:
1. direct payment without a contract:
To do this, users simply need to install the "be.energised Community" app from our billing service provider on their smartphone and register there once. In the app, they will then find all our charging stations on an overview map, including the charging station in Wolfach, and can start and end the charging process directly via the app. Billing is also fully automated via the app. This process is described in detail at the charging station. For direct payment, our current tariff of €3.57/hour (incl. VAT) applies.

2. e-roaming:
As an alternative to direct payment, users can also use all our charging stations via e-roaming, as we have integrated them into the Europe-wide Hubject/Intercharge roaming network. With e-roaming, the user usually concludes a contract with a provider of their choice and receives a charging card or charging chip or a smartphone app from them. Billing is then carried out by the e-roaming provider, who also sets the tariff. This means that other prices may apply, such as the tariff set by us. It is important that the e-roaming provider also co-operates with the Hubject/Intercharge roaming network.
