What can Doktorenhof do particularly well? Produce the perfect vinegar. In the slowness of doing, with much joy and love, and with the background knowledge of many generations, we create special and unique vinegars. "Doktorenhof - Home of Vinegar" is for us as a family a piece of fulfilled life.
Vinegar tasting with cellar tour: Experience the mystery of the "sour" art during a tour through the holiest part of our estate, the vinegar cellar, as well as the historic herb chamber. Enjoy vinegar tastings dressed in candlelight amidst the ancient wooden barrels where our vinegars ferment and mature.
Taste five different aperitif and digestif vinegars as well as fine handcrafted vinegar chocolates accompanied by vinegar pastries and sourdough-fermented bread.
Booking is only available by advance reservation.
Pfalzcard holders receive a free 5-value vinegar tasting.
