Best quality from our own cattle breeding

The Dold family breeds and slaughters their own Angus cattle on the Bühlhof farm in Gütenbach. The healthy mother-calf rearing in the open air on lush Black Forest meadows ensures the high quality of the meat with which the Dold butcher's shop in Gütenbach and Furtwangen has long made a name for itself.

The fine meat and sausage products can be purchased directly on the farm, also to order and in large quantities, portioned, vacuum-packed and prepared for freezing on request. The Dold family also comes to Furtwangen every week with their sales van, on Thursdays to the "fruit box" and on Saturdays to the weekly market.

The Dold van is in Kirchzarten-Burg on Tuesdays and Fridays and at the weekly market in Villingen on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Dold's party and catering service provides delicious hot and cold food for your party; the hire service includes refrigerated vans, barbecues and many other items of equipment.
