Seit 1978 wird der Boschenhof in unterschiedlichen Konstellationen nach Demeter-Richtlinien bewirtschaftet und die Rohmilch von 35 Allgäuer Braunviehkühen in der Hofkäserei zu erstklassigem demeter-Käse veredelt. Der Selbstbedienungshofladen ist täglich von 8 bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. Freitags von 16.30 bis 18.30 Uhr gibt es Käse direkt vom Laib.
