Our family business is a pure grassland operation.
Our pasture cattle come from carefully selected mother cows.
The majority of calves are born in winter in spacious open-run stalls and spend most of the year on pasture.
Fresh milk, grass, and hay are the only components of their diet.
We always keep as many animals as we can feed from our own pastures, thus we do not need to supplement with feed of unknown origin.
After one year, the animals weigh about 300 kg and are therefore ready for slaughter.
The so-called “weaners” produce top-quality meat.
It is well-matured, rich in color, and optimally marbled.
Aromatic and tender, it is a true delight.
Our animals are slaughtered gently and stress-free in our own slaughterhouse
(without animal transports).
We have their meat portions expertly cut into kitchen-ready pieces and are happy to provide advice on usage.
