In Soufflenheim, an Alsatian town renowned for its age-old craft of culinary pottery (Kougelhopf molds, sauerkraut and Baeckeoffe terrines, etc.), you'll find the FRITZ Mill in an idyllic setting.
For 6 generations, surrounded by water and on the edge of the Haguenau forest, the Moulin FRITZ, "la Weyermühle", "le Moulin de l'étang", has been producing a wide range of conventional and organic flours. Our flours are made exclusively from wheat harvested by our local cereal growers in Northern Alsace.
Our traditional flour is mainly intended for local artisan bakers. Our store, "La Farinière", adjoining the mill, is open for retail sales to individuals.
