The Scharrenberger farm is a family affair. The farm has developed its business through the production of emblematic crops appreciated by local consumers. These pioneering crops, such as asparagus and horseradish, are an asset for this farm, which is committed to perpetuating the Alsatian tradition. Wanting to get as close as possible to consumers, the farm took the plunge and set up its own farm store, supplying people with vegetables, fruit, dairy products and cheeses since 2015! In addition to these products, the shop also sells beef from the farm, as well as other products produced on the farm, such as potatoes.
