Der Burggarten-Basar findet an der längste Kai Europas statt, wo das herrliche Panorama auf Pest bewundert werden kann. In tollen Cafés und Restaurants lässt es sich gut erholen.

Das Gelände gehört zum Weltkulturerbe, obwohl es noch vor ein paar Jahren unter den gefährdetsten Denkmälern war. Jetzt kann man in einer Tiefgarage unter der Burg parken, Rolltreppen und Lifte leiten durch königliche Gärten mit atemberaubendem Ausblick zum Burgviertel. Hier wurde ein neuer Ausstellungsbereich eröffnet, und auch ein multifunktionaler Veranstaltungsraum. So wurde also ein allgemein bekanntes Denkmal-Gelände mit neuen Attraktionen erweitert.
