Die junge, neugotische Pfarrkirche der Stadt Traun wurde 1882-1890 erbaut. Sie ist dem Hl. Dionysius geweiht. Die Pläne stammen von Raimund Jeblinger. An der Westseite befindet sich der Turm mit einem Spitzhelm. Im Inneren befinden Schnitzarbeiten des Bildhauers Josef Kepplinger. Es sind die Darstellung von Heiligen um 1500, die sich im Mittelschiff befinden. Katarina Matiasek hat den erst 2014 errichteten Volksaltar entworfen.
