Ferienlandschaft Mittlerer Schwarzwald
Bereits 1206 wurde eine "Pfarrkirche in Oberharmersbach" urkundlich erwähnt. Damals war das Leben eng mit dem Kloster in Gengenbach und der Diözese Straßburg verbunden. Schon bevor diese Kirche gebaut wurde, stand am gleichen Platz eine kleine Barockkirche. Die Grundsteinlegung für die jetzige Kirche war im Jahre 1839. Aus einheimischem Sandstein erbaut, konnte sie 1846 eingeweiht werden. Die Kirche ist 57 m lang, 24 m breit, 18 m hoch und bietet ca. 2.000 Sitz-und Stehplätze für Gottesdienstbesucher.
