Die preisgekrönte Kapelle „St. Johannes und Jakobus am Witthoh“ wurde 2003 in herrlicher Aussichtslage nördlich von Hattingen (Immendingen) errichtet. Ihr Bauherr war Prof. Dr. Michael Ungethüm, der damalige Vorstandsvorsitzende der Aesculap AG. Architekt war Günter Hermann (Tuttlingen/Stuttgart).

Von der Kapelle aus erschließt sich das Panorama der Hegauvulkanberge. Bei guter Sicht reicht es bis zu den Schweizer Alpen.
