Visit the largest ice cave in the world!

The cave system reaches over 42km lenght whereas 1km is accessible to visitors. There are 134m difference in altitude to overcome and the access to the cable car is reachable with a 20 minute walk. The guided tours into the cave starts directly at the entrance to the cave which will give you an impressive world of natural ice sculptures

Opening times

The ice cave is open until 26 October 2020 daily from 08h00 - 15h00.

From Wagrain

Take the B163 in direction Flachau. In Flachau take the highway A10 in direction Salzburg. Exit at Pfarrwerfen. In Pfarrwerfen pass the bridge and turn right onto B159. After 1,7km turn on Eishöhlenstraße. Follow the road until you reach the parking of the Ice cave
