Visit this unique castle site.
Visit the remains of Schaesberg Castle and experience the reconstruction of this Renaissance castle and its construction site. This ancestral castle of the ancient noble Van Schaesberg family was founded in the 14th century, but has fallen into disrepair over the centuries. The ruin can be visited, so take a look in the "Bokkenrijder" cellar and climb the castle tower! A start has also been made on laying out the historic garden and building a traditional forge. The guides are happy to show visitors round!
