Das Haus Rosendal ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude in Hasselt.
Das Herrenhaus und die Landwirtschaft befinden sich auf einer durch den Rosendaler Graben gebildeten Insel.
Die geographische Lage des Hauses ergab sich nicht zufällig. Hier, wo die Straße von Goch über Hasselt nach Emmerich an der schmalsten Stelle das Bruch, das die Hasselter Geest von der Stauchmoräne trennt, überquerte, durchschnitt diese alte Straße auch die von Graf Adolf von Kleve um das Jahr 1400 am Fuß der Höhe angelegte doppelte Landwehr.
Der Name ist zurückzuführen auf eine alte Begräbnisstätte am Nordrand der Heide, wo die Römer Rosen auf ihre Gräber zu pflanzen pflegten.
Das Haus Rosendal ist seit Jahrhunderten im Besitz der Familie von der Mosel. Das landwirtschaftliche Gut und Schloss sind bewohnt und nur von außen zu besichtigen. Bei Interesse kann das Haus nach Vereinbarung mit dem Hausherrn auch von innen besichtigt werden. Führungen werden angeboten.
