Il Castello di Pollenzo tra Residenze Reali Sabaude e Slow food

La Tenuta Reale di Pollenzo, è stato il luogo di villeggiatura preferito da Carlo Alberto, che ne sviluppò la sperimentazione agricola ed enologica oltre a farne una tenuta di caccia. Il castello in stile neogotigo si trova all'interno del borgo, con l'albergo dell'agenzia e la l’Università di Scienze Gastronomiche, con studenti provenienti da tutto il mondo e la Banca del Vino, uno scrigno di oltre 40mila vini di tutta Italia.
