The barbecue area is located at the edge of the forest, south of Wiggen, directly on the Ilfis and on the hiking trail towards Marbach. Parking is available in Wiggen.

Public transport
You can reach Wiggen by public transport via Escholzmatt (Bern-Lucerne railroad line). From Escholzmatt, take the post bus to Wiggen.

The UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch is located in the heart of Switzerland, centrally between Bern and Lucerne. You can reach Wiggen via the main road 10.
From Thun, drive over the Schallenberg to Wiggen.
Parking
Free parking is available at the Wiggen school building.
