Der Sperberhaier Damm ist ein Aquädukt des unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Oberharzer Wasserregals. Der Damm leitet das Wasser des Dammgrabens über die Senke des Sperberhaies nach Clausthal, um den dortigen gestiegenen Bedarf an Kraftwasser der Bergwerke zu genüge zu tun. Er wurde 1732–1734 gebaut.
