The sculpture "Guardian" was created by Karl-Heinz Deutsch in 1992.

Prof. Deutsch, who also created the fountain in Kandel, for example, has a sculpture museum in Germersheim in the Stadtpark Fronte Lamotte (information available from Südpfalz-Tourismus Stadt Germersheim e.V., info@germersheim.eu).
