The Belmarço Palace was built in 1912 by Manuel de Jesus Belmarço.
The architect of the building was the then famous Manuel Joaquim Norte Júnior. The two-storey Palacete Belmarço with its tower was built in the neo-Moorish style. Azulejo panels inside the building depict Portuguese landscapes.
