Station 10 Energie-Rundweg:

2006 entwickelte das Tübinger Architektenteam Gauggel, Plathe, Schlierf und Sonnenmoser das Null-Energiehaus „elementar“ im Mühlenviertel, das 2008 in der Praxis umgesetzt wurde. Das Zehn-Familienhaus weist im Jahresmittel eine Primärenergiebilanz von „Null“ auf. Es wurde nach der Grundform des Passivhauses gebaut, bekam aber weitere Bestandteile hinzu, um eine Primärenergiebilanz von „Null“ zu erreichen.
