There is a washing machine which you can use for free to wash all your clothes. You need to go downstairs to the pub and ask for plates and cups. They will provide then free of charge, but they do not have them upstairs in the little kitchenette. The hostel is a little bit dirty and sticky, but the facilities are okay. It's situated in the back courtyard. 18B is a more expensive bed and breakfast. Viborg hostel is an old kindergarten. it's very clean and the facilities are good. If the door is locked when you get there, you call one of the people on the telephone list which is hanging on the door. They will give you the code to the key box hanging on the door. If the person does not answer the phone, you are welcome to call another on the list. You pay by transferring money on MobilePay or putting cash in the letterbox inside the hostel.
