Since August 2011 it has been continuously marked with yellow arrows and the so-called European scallop as a signpost. The Monastery Route starts in Worms and meets the northern route of the Palatine St James trail in Landstuhl.

Sehr schöne Etappe der Klosterroute von Worms nach Metz. Lediglich die 3 Kilometer von Lohnsfeld nach Wartenberg entlang der Hauptstraße sind etwas unschön. Dafür wird man durch lange und ruhige Waldwege entschädigt. Die Abteikirche in Otterberg fühlt sich an wie ein "kleines Santiago". Sehr zu empfehlen!!
