Mallards and coots are swimming on the pond, riverbank sandpipers and little ringed plovers are nesting between cattails and reeds at the Lech. In the dense floodplain forest, the leaf miner moth is tunneling into the honeysuckle. The crested newt and European tree frog are croaking competitively in the Pflach floodplain!
