V steklenem paviljonu pred vhodom v Ljubljanski grad je prva kontrolna točka z žigom, ki je dostopen v času odpiralnih ur paviljona. Z Grajskega griča se spustimo na južno stran v staro mestno jedro. Gornji trg, Stari trg, Mestni trg, Tromostovje. Tu si vzamemo čas za ogled znamenitosti s hitrostjo pešca. Nadaljujemo po Čopovi ulici čez Slovensko cesto in naprej po Cankarjevi.

The final stage starts from the ski area up to a saddle and then along the ridge to the Blegos hut. From here, continue with a 25km long downhill (with a small uphill of 200m) to Skofia Loka (Bischoflack). Laak an der Zaier, as it was called in WWII. It is a small town with 22,000 inhabitants. After the coffee break, our route offers much variety again but is technically rather simple. Only at the end do we take a local trail to Ljubljana. We will ride from the forest into the city and will literally be spat out at the finish. Not quite, no, because the last kilometers we ride into the center to Preseren Square.

Spustimo se po poti pod Mihelčičevim domom do kmetije Lužar pri kateri nas smerokaz usmeri na Osolnik. V začetku je pot nekoliko ožja, a se kmalu razširi. Prečka nas pripelje na makadamsko cesto po kateri se vzpnemo do turistične kmetije Rožnik. Od tu se spustimo po cesti do odcepa levo v gozd. Pot nas kmalu pripelje na makadamsko cesto po kateri nadaljujemo levo.
