A Fertő-Hanság Nemzeti Park Igazgatóság központjában az első két épületszárnyban foglal helyet a szálláshely, amely egész évben folyamatosan üzemel. A központ egész évben szabadon látogatható. A nyitvatartási időn kívül az épületben állandó ügyelet működik. A szálláshely a Fertő tavat kerülő kerékpárút mellett fekszik közvetlenül; az Esterházy-kastélytól 2 és fél, Soprontól 25 km-re.
- A Kócsagvár első két épületszárnya 5 szobában összesen 16 fő számára kínál szálláshelyet. Minden szobához külön fürdőszoba (zuhanyzó) és WC tartozik. Négyszobánként egy felszerelt konyha biztosítja az egyéni szállóvendégek étkezését.

- A Fertőd és Fertőszéplak között közlekedő buszokról a Sarród, Rév-Kócsagvár nevű megállóban kell leszállni.

- Ha a Fertőrákosról közlekedő busszal érkezünk, a buszmegállóból észak felé indulva érjük el úti célunkat (60m).
- Az ellenkező irányból a megálló közvetlenül az épület bejárata mellett van (15 m).
Parking
- Fertőd Fő utcáján a centrumból nyugat felé tartva forduljunk a táblának megfelelően Sarród felé. A falu túlvégén a bal kéz felől eső buszmegálló után találjuk meg a bejáratot az út jobb oldalán.
- Az udvaron tudunk parkolni.
