A minősített erdei iskolát a Fertő-Hanság Nemzeti Park Igazgatósága üzemelteti. A központi épület földszinti részén a védett területek világát mutatják be a kiállítások. A főépületben üzemel a szállás is. A Fertő tavat kerülő kerékpárút közvetlenül a helyszín mellett halad. A kerékpáros átkelőpont Ausztriába a településtől 3,5 km-re található.

A szálláson készpénzzel és SZÉP kártyával is tudtok fizetni.

- A Fertődről és Fertőszéplakról induló járatról a Fertőújlak, autóbusz-forduló megállóhelyen kell leszállnunk.

A buszmegállóból két útvonalon is eljuthatunk a szálláshoz:
- dél felé induljunk a Vasút utcán, majd az első kereszteződésben térjünk jobbra a Petőfi utcán. A derékszögű kanyarban lévő épületet kell megtalálnunk az utca jobb oldalán (550 m).
- nyugat felé induljunk a Fő utcán, majd az első lehetőségnél forduljunk balra. A derékszögű kanyarban megtaláljuk az épületet a bal oldalon (550 m).
