All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There are two parking spaces available for people with disabilities. 
• All rooms and facilities accessible to guests are either step-free/at ground level or accessible via an elevator. The restaurant’s terrace is accessible only via a 5-cm-high step.
• All doors, passageways, and pathways accessible to guests are at least 80 cm wide. The sauna cabin is an exception; it is 55 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 110 cm high. 
• There are two rooms that are accessible.
• The toilet in Room 10 is wheelchair-accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). Fold-down grab bars are available to the left and right of the toilet.  
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
• Access to the shower is threshold-free. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.
• The restaurant has tables that are no more than 80 cm high and are wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm.
• A wellness area is available. This was surveyed but not included in the rating.
• There is a ladder with a handrail for entering the swimming pool.
• There is no public restroom for people with disabilities.

• There is no audio induction loop system. 
• Wi-Fi is available.
• In the surveyed rooms, there is at least one freely accessible electrical outlet near the bed. 
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed only by an audible signal. Alternatively, stairs are available. OR
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed visually.
• The restaurant has tables with bright, glare-free lighting, with no lamps standing or hanging above them that obstruct the field of vision or eye contact.

• The entrance area is designed with high visual contrast.
• The signage (for wayfinding) features easily readable, high-contrast lettering.
• All elevated areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
• An emergency call made from the elevator is confirmed by an audible signal.
• Steps do not have high-contrast edges.
• Stairs have a handrail on one side.
• The font on the menu is simple and designed with high visual contrast.
• Information is not available in raised print or Braille.
