Hillesheim lives up to its name as a crime town: whether it's the Crime House with a crime archive, Cafe Sherlock and a crime bookstore, or the Eifel Crime Hiking Trail - all crime scenes can be found in the immediate vicinity of the EIFEL crime hotel.

20 tastefully furnished themed rooms invite crime fans. Crime salon for 50 people, club room with cozy Chesterfield furniture and fireplace for about 20 people, 5 o'Clock Teatime, crime programs, crime author weekends, crime dinners, crime readings, crime incentives, investigator weekends/days.

Children up to 6 years stay free in their parents' room.

Prices plus local guest contribution: €1.50 per person (from 6 years) and night

Note on the guest contribution: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments in the municipality of Gerolstein including the municipalities of Hillesheim, Bolsdorf and Niederbettingen have been paying a guest contribution of 1.50 euros per person per night since 1 January 2024. Children aged 0-5 and business and educational travellers are exempt from this fee.

The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, it is collected separately by the accommodation and forwarded to the Gerolstein municipality.
