In the midst of the gentle hilly landscape of the thermal and golf region of southern Burgenland, an idyllically situated, approx. 100-year-old renovated farmhouse with arcades in an absolutely quiet location awaits you. You live in this house alone (2 persons). The kitchen-living room is dominated by an old green tiled stove next to the fitted wooden kitchen - fully equipped with crockery and kitchen utensils, ceramic hob and dishwasher. The open fireplace, the cosy sofa and the old wooden floor create a cosy atmosphere in the large, bright living room and bedroom. SAT-TV, DVD-Player, free Internet WLAN are available. From the living room you reach on the roofed large wooden terrace with marvellous distant view. The wood-clad bathroom (bathtub with shower and hose shower, washing machine) with view into the greenery has an anteroom with spacious boxes. Towels, bath towels and a bathrobe are at your disposal. Around the house there is a large natural garden with old fruit trees, which provides both sun and shade. Garden furniture, sun beds, charcoal grill are at your disposal. In the lockable storage room you can safely store your bicycles. In the former inn there are 2 horses in open stable, which graze on the meadows next to the house and can be watched from the big swing on the terrace. No riding! Well educated dogs are welcome.
