Our holiday farm offers 120 m² of living space, distributed over two floors. When occupied by four people, 135 m² are available to you.
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with a traditional seating area, a WC with a utility room, as well as the living and dining room, known as the "Heinrich Becker Stube." On the upper floor, you have access to two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a library. Here you can take care of your correspondence, watch television, or retreat comfortably with a book. Retro lamps and period-style furnishings create a historic ambiance. All rooms on the upper floor are equipped with wall surface heating with internal insulation made of wood fiber boards. The walls are exclusively plastered with clay and painted with a coat of slaked lime paint. The restored infill panels of the facades have been bricked up with clay or brick. This wall construction regulates the room climate and thus creates a very pleasant living atmosphere.
From the kitchen, you step directly onto the south terrace and into the 300 m² garden, overlooking the Würz timber-framed house, the wash well, and the Palatinate Forest. In the evening, you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine from the courtyard.
Upon request, we will provide you with drinks from our cool cellar room. We have stocked wines from the wine shop of the Cistercian monastery Eberbach in Eltville, among others. Also, try our self-produced organic apple juice made from fruits from our managed orchards, the delicious honeys from our own beekeeping, and other farm products.
