Das traditionsreiche Haus wurde in den vergangenen Jahren von der Vorbesitzerin wohnungsweise verkauft. Manche Wohnungen werden seither als private Ferienwohnungen benützt, andere stehen nach umfangreichen Sanierungsmaßnahmen wieder Feriengästen zur Verfügung. Zwei davon bieten wir als Privatzimmervermieter an. Für größere Gruppen vermitteln wir gerne auch Kontakte zu weiteren Wohnungen im Haus. Details siehe Homepage.

Das Haus liegt mitten im herrlichen Gosautal an einer kleinen Seitenstraße zwischen Privathäusern, Feldern und Wiesen. Eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden, 3km zum Skigebiet, 200m zur Skibusstation, wenige Schritte zur Loipe, eine Mountainbikestrecke führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Supermarkt, Cafe sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
