A Oliva Verde Apartman külterületen, csendes, vidéki, természetközeli környezetben található. Kíváló kiinduló hely a gyönyörű zselici erdők, a dimbes-dombos táj felfedezéséhez.
Az újonnan kialakított vendégház összesen 6 fő befogadására alkalmas. Tetőtéri hálószoba 4 külön ággyal, nagy méretű kinyitható kanapés nappali, felszerelt konyha és tágas, zuhanyozós fürdőszoba nyújt kényelmet. Légkondicionáló a nappaliban és a hálószobában is. Az apartman bekerített, a tulajdonosokkal közös udvarban található. Az udvarban grillezési lehetőség. Állatbarát hely, jól szocializált kisállatokat is szívesen látnak. A területen egy ló, két kutya, cica, baromfiak is élnek.
5 km távolságban a legközelebbi étterem, de házhoz szállítás is kérhető.
A környék bővelkedik kikapcsolódási lehetőségekben. A Zselici Tájvédelmi Körzet elnyerte a Nemzetközi Csillagosébolt-park címet, mivel itt a legkisebb a fényszennyezettség. Érdemes egy éjszakát az égbolt tanulmányozására szánni. Kaposváron a Virágfürdő termálvize, illetve élményfürdője kínál kellemes pihenést A közeli kaposújlaki, petörkei, lipótfai, tavakon horgászási lehetőség vár az idelátogatókra. A Deseda autóval mindössze 20 percre található. Itt a horgászás mellett vízi sportok, arborétum, kiépített kerékpár- és túraútvonalak kínálnak programot. Ellátogathatunk a gyönyörű panorámát kínáló Bánya (Bárdudvarnok) településre, vagy a Kassai-völgybe. Könnyedén bejárhatjuk a vidéket a környék által kínált kerékpáros és gyalogos túraútvonalak segítségével.

- A buszról leszállva kb. 130 méterre dél felé találjuk az apartman felé vezető utat. Az elágazásnál, mikor elérjük az épületeket, tartsunk balra. Összesen 400 méter.

- Az apartman autóval egyszerűen megközelíthető a Kaposvárról Kadarkút felé vezető (6616-os számú) útról.
- A szálláshely zárt udvarán parkolhatunk.
