All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities.
• The bus stop "Gräfendhron Ort" is 150 m away.
• The building is accessible without steps.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible without steps.
• The elevator cabin measures 110 cm x 140 cm.
• The breakfast room can only be reached from the inside via stairs. The alternative outdoor path is easy to walk and drive on, but has a longitudinal slope of 10% over a distance of 2 meters.
• In the restaurant (interior), most areas are accessible only via steps. In the front area, there is a table that can be accessed without steps.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• A wheelchair accessible table for the breakfast room can be provided.
• Offered aids: travel rollator, wheelchair, travel wheelchair, toilet wheelchair, care bed, anchor stand-up aid, bed side protection, mobile lifter, "Baby Phone" with camera for relatives in need of care, on request further services after consultation
• There are no alarm triggers in the sanitary rooms.

Room 13 (double room)

• The manoeuvering spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 150 cm x 200 cm;
  to the left and right of the bed 150 cm x 170 cm.
• The bed is 52 cm high.
• The manoeuvering spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the sink 180 cm x 160 cm; in front of the WC 150 cm x 120 cm;
  to the left of the WC 65 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 180 cm x 70 cm.
• There are fold-up grab bars to the left and right of the WC.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• The shower without threshold is 150 cm x 120 cm. Grab bars and a shower seat are available.

Room 12 (single room)

• The manoeuvering space in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) and to the right of the bed is 120 cm x 170 cm.
• The bed is 54 cm high.
• The manoeuvering spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the sink 135 cm x 160 cm; in front of the WC 200 cm x 130 cm;
  to the left of the WC 65 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 50 cm x 70 cm.
• There are fold-up grab bars to the left and right of the WC.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• The shower without threshold is 120 cm x 120 cm. Grab bars and a shower seat are available.

Room 15 (double room)

• The manoeuvering spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 190 cm x 170 cm;
  to the left of the bed 100 cm x 180 cm; to the right of the bed 120 cm x 180 cm.
• The bed is 57 cm high.
• The manoeuvering spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the sink and the WC 200 cm x 160 cm;
  to the left of the WC 104 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 90 cm x 70 cm.
• There are fold-up grab bars to the left and right of the WC.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• The shower without threshold is 150 cm x 140 cm. Grab bars and a shower seat are available.

WC for people with disabilities at the courtyard

• The manoeuvering spaces are:
  in front of the sink and the WC 170 cm x 115 cm;
  to the left of the WC 100 cm x 68 cm; to the right of the WC 87 cm x 68 cm (access to this manoeuvering space is 60 cm wide).
• There are fold-up grab bar to the left and right of the WC.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.

Small WC for people with disabilities at the breakfast room.

• The manoeuvering spaces are:
  in front of the sink 140 cm x 140 cm; in front of the WC 120 cm x 120 cm;
  to the left of the WC 24 cm x 52 cm; to the right of the WC 128 cm x 52 cm.
• There is a fold-up grab bar to the right of the WC.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.

• There is no clearly visible alarm.
• There is no audio induction loop system.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• In the restaurant and in the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There are seating areas with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

Room 12 (single room) and room 13 & 15 (double room)

• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
• WiFi is offered.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• The entrances are visually rich in contrast.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.
• Stairs have visually contrasting edges and have at least a handrail.
• The menu font in the restaurant is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.
