Guests of all ages praise the peace and the personal atmosphere. Enjoy the "just doing nothing," the magic of nature, or a nice conversation over coffee and cake with your hosts. 

The apartment in the outbuilding of the Obermoser family house consists of a living-dining room with kitchen and satellite TV, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment also includes a cozy arbor. Perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings with a view of the beautiful mountain landscape. 

The location is ideal for those who want to escape everyday stress and recharge for a few days. Here, you will find stillness right in the heart of nature. Countless activities and pure enjoyment of nature are possible right at the doorstep. Whether hiking, cycling, biking, or relaxing by the mountain lake. The next village is 5 minutes by car, or 20 minutes on foot. In Dellach im Drautal, you will find everything for daily needs, including grocery stores, a tobacco shop, gas station, garden center, bank, doctor, inns, pizzeria, etc.

The nearest towns with diverse shopping opportunities and a beautiful cultural program are located 30 km (Lienz) and 40 km (Spittal an der Drau) away.
