A 38 négyzetméteres, kényelmesen berendezett, teraszos faház alsó szintjén van a nappali, a konyha és a fürdőszoba (zuhanytálcás). Ezen a szinten 2 fő tud aludni a nappaliban található kihúzható kanapén. A beépített tetőtérben 3 fő tud aludni, szimpla ágyakon.
A szálláshely önellátó, a konyhában van villanyrezsó, hűtőszekrény, kávéfőző, vízmelegítő. mini villanysütő, mikró és minden ami az étkezéshez kell. Jó időben lehetőség van a kertben bográcsozni és grillezni is.
A házat egyszerre csak egy családnak, vagy társaságnak adják ki.

A szálláshely elfoglalására 15:00-20:00 óra között van lehetőség. (Mivel a tulajdonosok nem laknak a szálláshelyen, érkezés előtt fél órával érdemes telefonon időpontot egyeztetni.)

- Székesfehérvár felől érkezve a megálló után balra induló Táncsics Mihály utcán kell mennünk, ami kivezet az Aranyhegy dűlőig. Itt balra fordulunk, majd körülbelül 400 méter után, mielőtt a víztározóhoz érnénk, ismét balra. Itt majdnem az utca végéig mehetünk egyenesen, a vendégház a második keresztutcában jobbra lesz. Összesen 1,4 kilométer.
Parking
- Fehérvárcsurgó a 81. sz. útról közelíthető meg. A vendégházat az Aranyhegy dűlő felől tudjuk megközelíteni.
- A szálláshely zárt udvarán tudunk parkolni.
