In our house built in 2005, there are two modernly furnished holiday apartments. Both apartments are located on the upper floor and offer a splendid view of the Schwangau surroundings, the Allgäu Alps, and of course, Neuschwanstein Castle.

The house is largely surrounded by greenery, yet still close to the center. It is only a 20-minute walk to Tegelberg and you can reach the Forggensee in 10 minutes. Right in Schwangau (5 minutes on foot), you will find several restaurants, the royal crystal thermal spa, sports shops, a pharmacy, doctors, and much more.

The entire drinking water in our holiday apartments is qualitatively enhanced by the water revitalization method of the Austrian natural researcher Johann Grander. During your holiday stay with us, you will enjoy this valuable, revitalized water.

You can park for free directly in front of the holiday home in private, gated parking spaces.

Nearby our holiday home, you will also find a large supermarket with a gas station.
