Enjoy your holiday in a bright and well-maintained holiday apartment in a central location between the Eifel and Moselle. With 63sqm, it offers space for 2-4 people. The apartment features a balcony with a view of our large garden and the surrounding green nature.

Look forward to a garden with barbecue facilities, a play area, and sunbathing lawn.

Our apartment has a double room and a room with a bunk bed (90x200).

The living room has a seating set (3,2,1). You can easily convert the sofa bed, creating a sleeping area of 160x200. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, a radio with a CD player, and board games.

The separate kitchen with dining area has adequate crockery, a four-plate electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and microwave.

The apartment also includes a spacious bathroom with shower/WC/urinal and a large sink. A hairdryer is also available for you.

Free Wi-Fi is available upon request. On weekends, we offer a bread roll delivery service.

You will find a parking space for your car directly in front of our house.

Your bicycles can be stored in a locked room.
We would also be happy to arrange rental bikes for you.

Unfortunately, bringing pets is not possible. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Our prices include bed linen, bath towels, shower towels, and kitchen towels.

Upon entering the apartment, an initial supply of soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid is available.
