It consists of the following rooms: hallway with wardrobe and full-length mirror, living room with a spacious fold-out sofa, modern, technologically well-equipped kitchen, bedroom with box spring bed and a relaxation chair for reading and relaxing, as well as a bathroom with a comfortable shower, toilet, and bidet. The living room and kitchen are cleverly connected by exposed timber beams. The courtyard features a parking space as well as former outbuildings that provide secure storage for bicycles or motorcycles. The terrace and garden with grill are available for private use.
