Our vacation apartment is a basement apartment with a separate entrance. It is approximately 60m² and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2025.
Enjoy your stay in a very tastefully decorated living room with satellite TV, radio, and Wi-Fi.
In the separate, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, you can feel at home.
The bathroom (with natural light) features a shower, toilet, and a sink with a mirror cabinet, and is directly adjacent.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with nightstands and a wardrobe.
All windows of the apartment overlook the garden, where you can relax in nice weather. Garden furniture is, of course, available.
If you bring bicycles, secure storage is provided. Please do not bring pets. Smoking is also not allowed in the entire apartment.

Arrival in Morshausen:
Coming from the north via the A61, take the exit for Plaid, then turn left onto the L117 towards Kobern-Gondorf/ Mosel. In Kobern-Gondorf, drive onto the B416 towards Cochem until the Mosel town of Löf. There, turn right over the bridge and then turn left onto the B49 towards Brodenbach. Midway in Brodenbach, turn left onto Rhein-Moselstrasse (L206) towards Morshausen. After 6 km, you will reach Morshausen, then go straight over the crest down the sloping road and then turn right into Gartenstrasse at the bottom. Our house can be found on the left side, house number 16.
Coming from the south via the A61, take the exit for Emmelshausen, then onto the L206 towards Brodenbach/Mosel. After about 12 km, you will reach Morshausen. From the L206, turn directly left onto the first street into Gartenstrasse. Our house is located on the left side, house number 16.
