Unser typisch burgeländischer Bauernhof aus dem Jahre 1887, wurde 2015 renoviert und liegt in Hagensdorf, einem kleinen Dorf im Naturpark Weinidylle.
Das Haus verfügt über zwei Ferienwohnungen und einen Freizeitraum, darüber hinaus gibt es einen großen Garten und einige Nebengebäude.
Beim Umbau wurde alles barrierefrei gestaltet.
Beide Wohnungen verfügen über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Küche mit Eß-platz, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, sowie einen eigenen Eingangsbereich mit Flur.
Im Anschluß an den asphaltierten Zufahrtsbereich befinden sich großzügige Grünflächen. Im hinteren Hof befinden sich einige alte Obstbäume. Wenn Sie beide Wohnungen mieten, sind Sie Herr über Haus und Hof.
Die ebene Landschaft lädt zum Spazieren, Inline Skaten, Nordic -walking oder Radfahren ein. Nicht nur das 500 m entfernte Naturschutzgebebiet „Schachblumenwiese“ lockt mit seinen Reizen, sondern auch der schönste Platz des Burgenlandes das „Kellerviertel Heiligenbrunn“ liegt nur 5 km entfernt.
In der Umbebung gibt es zahlreiche Buschenschänken und andere kulinarische Anbieter. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeiten den Masihof, einen Biobauernhof mit Schweinen und Weidegänsen zu besichtigen.
