Das in Alleinlage auf einem Hügel liegende Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und ideal für zwei Personen. In der Wohnküche dominiert ein alter grüner Kachelherd neben der Einbauküche aus Holz – komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Küchengeräten, Ceran-Herdplatte und Geschirrspüler.
Im großen hellen Wohn-Schlafzimmer verbreiten der offene Kamin, das gemütliche Sofa und der alte Holzboden eine behagliche Atmosphäre. Vom Wohnraum gelangen Sie auf die überdachte große Holzterrasse mit herrlichem Fernblick. Das holzverkleidete Badezimmer (Badewanne mit Dusche, Waschmaschine) ist vom Arkadengang begehbar und hat einen Blick ins Grüne. Rund um das Haus ist der große Naturgarten mit alten Obstbäumen, der sowohl Sonnenplätze als auch genügend Schatten bietet. Gartenmöbel, Sonnenliegen, Holzkohlen-Grill stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung.

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits des Ortskerns von Gerersdorf bei Güssing auf einem Hügel - die Zufahrt ist ab dem Gemeindeamt Gerersdorf auf der Hauptstraße gut beschildert.
