A vendégházban egy 6 férőhelyes apartman van. A nappalin kívül 2 háló van, az egyikben egy franciaágy, a másikban 4 szimpla ággyal. A lakrészben felszerelt konyha és zuhanyzós fürdőszoba található. Az épülethez fedett, étkezőbútorral felszerelt terasz kapcsolódik. A biztonságosan körbekerített, parkosított udvatron találunk tűzrakóhelyet, ahol lehet bográcsozni és grillezni. Az elkészült finomságokat a fedett kerti kiülő (filagória) alatt is elfogyaszthatjuk.

- Vonattal a Sátrolaljaújhely - Miskolc, a Sátoraljaújhely - Hatvan - Pécel és a Sátoraljaújhely - Szerencs vonalon közelíthető meg, Olaszliszka-Tolcsva megállóhelyen kell leszállni.
- Sárospatak vá. - Sárazsadány - Olaszliszka-Tolcsva vá. - Tolcsva, községháza között közlekedő helyközi járatokkal, vagy Vámosújfalu vegyesbolt és Tolcsva községháza között közlekedő buszokkal a végállomásig, azaz a községháza megállóig kell utazni.

Directions
- A vasútállomástól balra indulunk a Kossuth Lajos úton. Az elágazáshoz érve balra fordulva elhagyjuk Vámosújfalut, átmegyünk a vasúti átkelőn, majd egyenesen keresztezzük a 37-es utat. A Petőfi Sándor útra érünk be Tolcsván, ezt követhetjük a falu központjáig. A Várhegy Borozóhoz érve fordulunk balra, innen a 2. ház a szálláshely. Összesen 3,1 kilométer.
- A buszmegállótól visszafelé kell sétálni kb. 100 métert a vendégházig.
Parking
- A 37-es utat balra, a Petőfi Sándor útra kanyarodva kell elhagyni, ez vezet be Tolcsva központjába. Az út a Kossuth Lajos utcába fut, itt újra balra kell kanyarodni, és a 3. ház a vendégház.
- A szálláshelynél zárt helyen parkolhatunk.
