All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• Short-term parking is available at the registration desk. There is no designated parking for people with disabilities.
• The reception is accessible without steps via ramps. The ramps have a maximum longitudinal slope of 7%. 
• All other evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are also accessible without steps.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• The reception desk is at its lowest point 112 cm high. There is an equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
• The parking spaces are located on a meadow that is not easy to walk or drive on. People with limited mobility are given a parking space near sanitary facility 2 if possible.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the bistro (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• There is an accessible restroom facility.
• The toilet is accessible from one side (at least 80 cm). There is a fold-down grab bar on the accessible side of the toilet.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible, and the mirror is visible even when seated.
• The shower has a threshold-free entrance. A grab bar and a shower chair are provided.

• There is no alarm.
• There is no audio induction loop system at the reception desk.
• In the bistro there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

• Assistance dogs are welcome.
• There are no visually contrasting or tactile floor indicators. 
• All raised areas accessible to guests are illuminated with bright, glare-free lighting.
• Signage is designed with clearly legible, high-contrast text.
