Scheuneria – Guesthouse in Dockweiler / Vulkaneifel
The Scheuneria is located in a former Eifel estate on the outskirts of Dockweiler. Since 2018, the building has been undergoing renovation and further development step by step. Three double rooms on the upper floor have already been completed. The rooms are compact (approx. 14–18 m²), well-maintained, and each equipped with its own bathroom – suitable for an uncomplicated stay.
The house is situated on a local street, where there is also a disused level crossing. Some areas of the house and the outdoor premises are still under construction, while the guest rooms are already fully usable.
The location is well-suited for hiking, cycling tours, and excursions to the maars, the Nohner waterfalls, or the Maar-Mosel cycle path. The Nürburgring can be reached in about 25 minutes. Shopping and dining options can be found in Daun, Gerolstein, and Hillesheim.
Check-in is flexible via a key safe. The Scheuneria offers practical and uncomplicated accommodation while other areas of the house are gradually being developed.
Price
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Check-in is flexible via a key safe.
The guest contribution (formerly tourist tax) of the municipality of Daun in the amount of 2.10 EUR per night for guests aged 18 and older is already included in the total price. You will receive your guest card with the associated services and benefits either digitally or upon your arrival directly at the accommodation.

Arrival / Check-In / DepartureThe check-in is flexible via a key safe. Access data will be provided before arrival. A personal handover is possible if I am on-site. Arrival is possible independently of fixed times as long as the key safe is used. Departure must be by 1:00 p.m.
