The house is located in a quiet and sunny area with a partly covered and furnished new terrace. The renovated and newly furnished apartment is in close proximity to the forest. Shopping options, sports facilities such as riding arenas/halls, tennis courts, and fitness centers are reachable within a few minutes. For hiking enthusiasts, the hiking and forest trails begin just about 100 m away. Nürburgring guests can reach the start and finish area after about 7 km, and the old Nordschleife in the area of Adenauer Forest / Fuchsröhre / Schwedenkreuz after approximately 1.5 km on foot.
The house offers a vacation apartment for up to 5 people with the option of an additional bed for up to 6 people and a double room / shower/WC.
