A vendégház a a Nyugat-Cserhát festői völgyében, a 423 méter magas Kőhegy lábánál fekvő Alsópetényben található, Váctól 23 kilométerre.
A vendégház két különválasztható részből áll. Mindkét lakrészben két 2 ágyas, külön fürdőszobás szoba és teljesen felszerelt konyha várja a vendégeket. A vendégház maximum két fő részére pótágyazható. A zárt udvarban biztonságosan és kényelmesen parkolhatunk. Kertjében 800 tő dús bokrú levendula nő, ami június-júliusban csodálatos látványt és illatot áraszt. A látványt a fedett pihenőből csodálhatjuk. Az apartmanok külön is bérelhetők.
A vendégház mellett áll a Levendula Bár, ahol a nyári hónapokban frissítőkkel várják a turistákat.
A környék igazán megérdemli, hogy alaposabban felfedezzük. A vendégháznál kerékpárok és nordic walking botok is kölcsönözhetők, így nekivághatunk a tájnak. Több jelzett turistaúton is elindulhatunk, a ház előtt halad az Országos Kéktúra útvonala is. Alsópetényben felmehetünk a templomdombra, megnézhetjük a híres Hármaskönyv megfogalmazója, Werbőczy István emlékére állított Werbőczy gúlát. Szép látnivaló a Prónay-kastély és az Andreánszky kúria védett parkja. A közeli Cser-tóban horgászni is lehet. Ha kellően elfáradtunk, a vendégháznál masszázst is kérhetünk, előzetes egyeztetéssel.

- A megállótól észak felé kell indulni az Arany János utcán, majd jobbra fordulni a Béke útra. A megállótól alig 150 méterre van a szálláshely.

- Rétság és Balassagyarmat felől Bánk felé, Bánk végénél jobbra fordulva a Petényi úton.
