Der Seehof kann auf einem Spazierweg von Mittenwald aus in ca. 50 min erreicht werden. Von der Bushaltestelle am Lautersee sind es nur noch ca. 10 min Fußweg bis zum Seehof. Direkt an der Gaststätte beginnen bequeme Spazierwege, erlebnisreiche Wanderungen und Touren mit dem Mountainbike. Gebirgstouren und Kletterpartien warten auf Bergsteiger. Kinderwagen möglich. Der nahegelegene Walderlebnispfad ist gerade für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Der Seehof Lautersee auf 1.016 m liegt direkt am Ufer des Lautersees und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Karwendelgebirge. Auf der großen Sonnenterrasse oder im gemütlichen Restaurant haben Sie einen traumhaften Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge. Genießen Sie hausgemachte Kuchen und bayerische Küche. Im Sommer lädt der See zum Baden und Bootfahren ein. Von Anfang Mai bis Mitte Oktober verkehrt ab Mittenwald ein Linienbus der Ihnen mit Ihrer Gästekarte der Alpenwelt Karwendel kostenlos zur Verfügung steht.
