Self-catering cabin on the Rothaarsteig near the Kahlen Asten. Hiking trails in the area; winter sports: cross-country ski trails right at the cabin, ski lift about 1 km away.
This self-catering cabin is located between Neuastenberg and Langewiese and sleeps 23 people. The cabin has central heating, shower and washrooms, a barbecue area, and a children’s playground. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The cabin is suitable for families and groups in both summer and winter. It is located directly on the Rothaarsteig trail, and in winter, groomed cross-country ski trails start right outside the door. The ski lift at Postwiese in Neuastenberg is about 1 km away. A climbing garden is nearby, and the Bruchhauser Steine are about 25 km away. The hiking trails around the cabin are accessible year-round. The Kahle Asten,
the Hohe Knochen, and the sources of the Lenne and Ruhr rivers are all worthwhile hiking destinations.
Bookings can only be made through the Wuppertal Section office.
